2022: a year of movement

2022 was a year of many innovations. It was also the year in which we introduced important movements and changes. One of these is the ‘Healthcare of Tomorrow’ movement. It will allow us to guarantee and increase the value that we want to add to our patients’ lives, as well as our contribution to a healthy society and efficient healthcare.

Highlights within our core tasks

Healthcare, research and education are our three core tasks. In collaboration with international, national and regional partners we have brought about impactful innovations and can accelerate in terms of digitalization and international research. We would like to highlight a few examples.

Digital Healthcare Solutions

If care can be provided at home, that is what we do. It gives patients more control over the healthcare that they receive, and makes healthcare professionals even better able to deliver care that meets the patient’s needs.

Unique research

Researchers at UMC Utrecht cooperate with our partners and patients in multidisciplinary studies. Our point of departure is of course the patients’ demands.
