Our impact for our colleagues

Our core tasks – healthcare, research and education – can only be performed if we have the input of all colleagues. It is therefore important for us to pay attention to each other, for example when it comes to (psychosocial) health, job satisfaction, and growth opportunities.

We strive year by year to be a healthy and good place to work. In 2022 we focused in particular on our nocturnal workers.

In view of the tight labor market we have developed creative ways to find new colleagues.

We strive towards an inclusive culture where everyone feels at home and can function optimally. In 2022 we developed an implementation plan to grow further in this regard.
