At UMC Utrecht, growing in knowledge, skills, and sustainable employability is naturally important. We support our colleagues for instance with our digital portal LEV (‘Loopbaanontwikkeling en Vitaliteit’ or ‘career development and vitality’).
Leadership development
At UMC Utrecht we support our leaders in the (further) development of the necessary leadership skills with our leadership program Connecting Leaders, taking our vision of leadership that was redefined in 2023 as a starting point.
